Match Month
Gove Gives is back and bigger than ever for 2026 Match Month! This is your chance to double your impact and help make a difference in Gove County. For every dollar you donate, it will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000 thanks to the generous support of the Dane G. Hansen Foundation. But that’s not all! We also have the potential to unlock an additional $100,000 in a 2:1 matching grant from the Patterson Family Foundation, bringing our total goal to a whopping $200,000!
How does the match work? During Match Month, every donation made to the Gove County Community Foundation is matched, meaning your gift goes twice as far. Whether you give $10 or $1,000, it will be doubled to support local projects, community improvements, and opportunities for future generations.
Our theme this year is "Saddle Up For Gove: Ride For The Gold" because it's all about our community coming together to invest in Gove County's future. Let’s show our support, strengthen our hometown, and meet our $200,000 goal this Match Month! Every gift counts and has the power to make a real difference.
Dueling Pianos
Dueling Pianos is held on the Saturday immediately following Thanksgiving to celebrate the end of Match Month. Each year we have generous donations from local businesses and sponsors to create a silent auction. Send a text to 785.673.3112 to get more information on this fun event.
